About Zangmo Alexander
Zangmo Alexander has been training for 30 years in the Tibetan Buddhist Mahamudra and Dzogchen awareness meditation traditions.​ A Buddhist nun for seven years before returning to lay life, ​​Zangmo has a secular training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy with the University of Bangor. She is a qualified Coach and Art Teacher with a Masters Degree in Fine Art.
